Terms and Conditions

1. No Refunds/Exchanges: all orders placed are final.

2. Damaged/incorrect items: at any time if you receive an incorrect item or a damaged item please email us within 24 hours at fizaasifofficial@outlook.com and we will review your request and if approved we will provide a refund/exchange. When returning the item back to us it must be unused and in the same packaging with the tags attached. If you choose to exchange the incorrect/damaged item and it can not be replaced a refund will be issued. Steps for the refund and exchange will be sent via email. Once the refund is received and inspected we will email you to notify you that we have received it. Refunds will be issued to the same card within 7 working days.

3. Cancellations: we do not accept cancellation requests.

4. Delivery: it is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address you have entered is correct when placing an order.

5. Please note next working day delivery cut off time is 12pm.

6. Please note Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting or your monitor setting.

7. Please note size charts should be used as a guide to determine the most suitable size. Sizes and fit may very between styles due to different cuts and fabrics being used. Measurements may vary due to manual measuring
